You can book a guide for any number of days from early December to early April. We will choose the locations and format (freeride/skitour) individually based on the snow conditions, avalanche assessment, and your preferred difficulty/technical level. Group size is from one to six people.
In freeride programmes, we meet at the ski resort when the ski lifts open and shed the snow until they are closed. If we end up far from the lifts, we arrange a car transfer back to Gudauri.
As for skitour trips, we pick you up from a hotel in the morning and head directly to a spot (the car transfer usually takes 20–60 minutes). The time we spend on slopes depends on your stamina and daylight hours. Needless to say, we will bring you back to Gudauri at the end of the day.
We can mix the two formats as we like: we can start with fresh powder faceshots near the resort and move to skitour locations later. And of course, should you crave a good meal after a day off-piste, we can always arrange an аprès-ski dinner for the group in a Georgian restaurant.
